This sake cup combines deep blue lacquer, shell inlays, and Dehua white porcelain. The deep blue raden inlays on the cup body sparkle like stars in the night sky, perfectly complementing the pure white Dehua porcelain. This color contrast not only enhances the visual layers but also highlights the depth of lacquer and the cleanliness of porcelain. In terms of size, the design includes one large and two small cups, making it suitable for both individual enjoyment and sharing. The raden's luster sparkles under the light, giving a sense of luxury and refinement. This piece also tells the history and cultural background of lacquerware craftsmanship.

"Spring Dawn on Snowy Mountain" Lacquered Bodiless Vase

The lacquerware decorating technique of Fuzhou Bodiless Lacquerware is a highly specialized craft.  It was developed based on the inheritance of China's cinnabar lacquer technique spanning thousands of years.  Starting with a base of cloth or wood, the process involves plastering, polishing, decorating, applying black lacquer, color lacquer, and then embellishing with techniques such as gold-painting, brocade patterns, vermilion lacquer gilding, inlaying with mother-of-pearl and eggshell.  This intricate process was officially recognized as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage on May 20, 2006, under project number VIII-54, approved by the State Council of China.

Inspired by feathers, it implies that wings protect the pearls, guard love and hope. The combination of sea pearls and turquoise feathers symbolizes eternal beauty. The whole piece is made of platinum, which weighs 185.31g. The main single pearl is made of Australian white water droplets in 13.95*15.44mm and Australian white round beads in 12.6mm and 9.6mm, paired with AKOYA pearls in 7~9mm, combined with the beautiful shape and clean lines of feathers, showcasing the ethereality and pureness of beauty. Each feather is made with ingenuity, and platinum is paired with turquoise enamel to perfectly reproduce the gorgeous elegance and lightness of the shape. The wire-drawing process accurately depicts the subtle lines of the feathers, and the soft texture of the enamel gradient contrasts with the luster of the pearls, making the whole work glow with fresh vitality and turning the gorgeous wings into gentle and unwavering guard. The meaning of "perfect harmony" gives the work a good wish and auspicious omen.

CHJ JEWELLERY x Ziwei - Filigree Craftsmanship YUANMAN Necklace

CHJ JEWELLERY has collaborated with Ziwei, the first Yi designer to appear on VOGUE, to create jewelry inspired by the Yi nationality people's rhododendrons. Using the classic "piled loose" technique from the intangible cultural heritage of filigree craftsmanship, the design intersects in a circular chain, decorated with stacked loose elements.

The design is inspired by the rhododendrons that blooms in Liangshan, which is considered the most representative flower by the Yi people. It symbolizes the image of  beautiful women, as well as auspiciousness and hope. This series skillfully combines the intangible cultural heritage of filigree piled loose craftsmanship with the Yi people's rhododendrons. The circular form represents its shape, while the flower imparts its meaning, symbolizing the beauty and completeness of life.

CHJ JEWELLERY has collaborated with renowned Asian concept artist Danful Yang to reimagine the traditional Eastern element "Ruyi" through modern fashion jewelry design. These earrings utilize classic techniques from filigree inlay craftsmanship, where fine gold threads are twisted and filled into the Ruyi contours and ribbons, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship in the details. As the wearer moves, the earrings gently sway, a unique touch from the designer that brings the Ruyi to life.

Inspired by the traditional Chinese element "Ruyi," the designer imbues the piece with the auspicious blessing of "everything goes as you wish," carrying wishes for peace and prosperity. The Ruyi also conveys the beauty of "harmony" in traditional Chinese culture, symbolizing "as one desires," making it a "cultural symbol" embodying the spirit of traditional Chinese aesthetics. By deconstructing and reimagining the traditional Eastern element "Ruyi" through modern design, the piece skillfully employs contour aesthetics and intangible cultural heritage filigree to transform the unique sentiments of Eastern culture into exquisite jewelry. This is a rebirth of tradition, a new interpretation.

Xianghu is created on the basis of the traditional Chinese visual symbol gourd. In China, gourd is not only a graphic symbol, but also represents good fortune, Jianghu, Daoqi, and full of our attitude towards life! He is not only a product released by us, but also for the common dream we resonate with each other.

The use of tritan materials can be recycled, so it can reduce environmental pollution to a certain extent, so as to protect the environment in disguise. Technically, we have broken through the blowing proportion of the materials used, and the surface of the product uses non-toxic and safe water-based paint.

A variety of wearing methods and use scenarios, while the shape of the water cup itself is derived from the traditional gourd bionic shape and meets the conditions of grasping, inheriting the engineering ratio of the traditional Chinese old wine gourd in ergonomics, satisfying the emotional value of customers, and adding social attributes to promote more social unity.

Utopia

"Build a utopia with the aroma of coffee and place free thoughts and romantic ideals." Utopia is a coffee fragrance series by to Define. This series goes beyond coffee-style aromas, refining and re-creating coffee culture to restore the coffee experience and create an atmosphere of freedom.

The main container combines a funnel and cup for hand-brewed coffee. The dark wooden base symbolizes the earth, containing vitality, while the silver plating adds mystery, power, and eternity, like an ideal palace built on the earth.

There are three forms of experience: lighting a coffee-flavored scented candle, sprinkling coffee powder for a richer aroma, and using natural diffuser crystals with coffee-flavored essential oil after the candle burns out.

Coffee elements are integrated into the packaging and product styling of this series. A set of changeable fonts for UTOPIA was designed by us, suitable for various packaging and product containers.

Oriental Seal Cutting Series Fragrance Hanging Decoration

The Eastern Seal Engraving Series Incense Hanger is made of eco-friendly diatomaceous earth and natural gypsum. The design concept is "window of gypsum stone, scenery carved in flowers; incense as prose, Eastern landscape engraved". It combines the aesthetics of garden landscapes, seal engraving, and Eastern poetry to create a harmonious whole, integrating them into the product.

The overall design of the incense hanger is inspired by the circular window design of Chinese gardens. The combination of square and round shapes is like looking through a circular window to appreciate the scenery, presenting the aesthetic design of Chinese gardens. Gold and stone seal engraving and sculpture art are highly representative elements of Chinese culture. The company has incorporated Chinese seal engraving into the incense hanger design, with each product being hand-carved by experienced sculptors based on the prototype, and then digitally translated through 3D reverse technology. The hand-carved patterns give the product a cultural aesthetic.

Each fragrance is from an ancient poem, and most of them are flowers and plants in gardens. By co-creating with top perfumers, Fu Ke creates a plant fragrance with Oriental smell perception.
